How saving works
Use in the browser: open a tool from this site. Sessions can be remembered locally; always export when you need a portable file.
Project Tool: Save As / Download resume link + JSON; double-click .aruvi-resume.html to return with your plan. Export PDF & PNG for decks.
Process Map Studio: export PNG, SVG, or Mermaid; map stays in browser storage on this device.
RCA Tool: guided Pareto → Fishbone → 5 Whys → Report; export JSON and Markdown (print to PDF). Data stays in this browser until you download.
Charter Generator: multi-step draft is kept in localStorage on this device; export Word (.docx) or PDF when you need a sponsor-ready file.
Security & privacy
These free tools run in your browser. Your project, process, RCA, and charter data is not uploaded to Aruvi servers for storage. It stays on this device (browser storage and/or files you export).
Export when it matters: download JSON, Markdown, Word, PDF, PNG, or SVG before clearing browser data or switching devices.
Treat exports as confidential: files and resume launchers can contain plan or charter content; share them only as you would any client document.
Optional AI (Process Map Studio): if you use Generate, the request goes only to the endpoint you configure (for example local Ollama or your own API). API keys, if any, stay in this browser session and are not sent to Aruvi.
No account required: open a tool, work, export, and leave. Nothing here requires creating a login with us.
